Sweet and Spicy Game Day Dip

Ingredients
1 package
Jalapeno Havarti Style Wedge
1 package
Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Style Spread

pimento peppers
1 cup
sweet yellow onion
1 tbsp.
water
2 tsp.
smoked paprika
2 tsp.
hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
Place onion in food processor until finely chopped.
Coarsely chop pimento peppers and reserve.
Add Jalapeno Havarti Block, pimento peppers and Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Style Spread to food processor. Process on low until blended.
Add in water, hot sauce and smoked paprika.
Blend until creamy, but still chunky.
Put in large bowl and serve cold or place in oven-safe dish and bake at 350F for 12 minutes (will thin out a bit).
Serve with tortilla chips.
Bonus: For a quick and easy layered taco dip, spread the sweet and spicy game day dip over a layer of heated vegetarian refried beans and top with melted Daiya Cheddar Shreds, shredded lettuce, tomato and guacamole.
